Hi! I’m Angela Carpenter, one of the hosts of your new favorite podcast, Catching Zs. I'm a Cal Poly Journalism student and yoga teacher in San Luis Obispo. I am passionate about culture, arts, exploration, and getting to the roots of people’s stories.
I love to sleep, and to dream. The podcast, Catching Z’s was the perfect opportunity for me to express my love for sleep and to discover the hidden meanings behind our dreams.
